You will have received a 20 digit card number, as well as a four digit pin. Enter those and click enter. Your balance will then be displayed. Click ‘Choose Your Gift’.
With over 150 of the UK’s top retailers to choose from, there’s something for everyone. If you wish to, you can split your VEX Gift Card balance across multiple different retailers. Do this by selecting the brand/s you want and head to the checkout page. It is at this stage you can enter the amount you wish to spend on your selected retailer/s. Add the Gift Cards to your basket, and head to the confirmation page. Press ‘Place Order’ and your Gift Card/s will be on the way.
If you have opted for a physical card, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to your nominated address. If you have chosen an eGift, these are sent immediately (to SMS or email addresses). Be sure to check your spam folder in case it is in there. If you have chosen an eGift Card, you can add digital gifts to a Google or Apple Wallet and spend at a later date.
