Physical Delivery Information

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
2.
Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, on First Class Delivery please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
3.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends, Bank Holidays or to International addresses.
4.
Orders over £100 will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
5.
Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for pre-Christmas delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according the value ordered as specified below.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. If you have a query, please call 0371 200 1254 or email at info@vexgiftcards.com. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 12:30pm. Please have your order number to hand.
Digital Delivery

There are no restrictions on when your digital Gift Card can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date and time of your choosing. You can specify an exact time down to the minute!
2.
Delivery of your digital Gift Card by email is free of charge.
3.
You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing a link to download your digital Gift Card. You can choose to download it now or at a later date. Your digital Gift Card is loaded with value and ready to spend.
4.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

6.
You will receive another email to confirm when the digital Gift Card has been sent by email to your specified recipient.
7.
If you chose the delivery option to send 'To myself', the digital Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
