Where can I spend my Waitrose Gift Card?
Waitrose gift cards can be redeemed online at www.waitrose.com, or in any Waitrose supermarket or John Lewis store as full or part payment for goods. An eGift can also be redeemed over the telephone for John Lewis orders via 03456 049 049. Any unused balance will remain on the redeemer’s eGift for future purchases.
Any limitations?
The following exclusions apply to use of our gift card and e-gift card: third-party restaurants, cafes, concessions and cookery schools in John Lewis and/or Waitrose shops, magazine subscriptions, photo printing or software downloads on johnlewis.com, all John Lewis & Partners Opticians, Waitrose & Partners Leckford Farm Shop, Cafe and Nursery, waitrosegarden.com; any John Lewis & Partners or Waitrose & Partners products that are sold via our third-party delivery partners such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat, tobacco and tobacco products, vapes, postage stamps, scratch cards, lottery tickets, infant milk formula 0-6 months, prescription products, mobile top up, gift cards, e-gift cards, pay cards, car park charges, all petrol stations (including Little Waitrose stores at Shell petrol stations),Welcome Break shops. Other exclusions may apply.

Expiry Date?
Gift cards will expire 24 months from purchase or last transaction. Any balance left on the gift card after this date will be deducted.
