Where can I spend my B&Q eGift?
B&Q eGifts can be redeemed online at www.diy.com or in-store as full or part payment for goods. Any unused balance will remain on the redeemer’s eGift for future purchases.
Any limitations?
Gift cards and eGifts cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards, vouchers, exchanged for cash or credit or to be used for third party concessions or products, within B&Q call centres, cafes or stores outside the UK (including Jersey, Guernsey and ROI).
Gift cards cannot be used as payment for items sold by verified sellers(i.e. flagged as ‘ ‘Sold and shipped by [seller name]’).

Expiry Date?
Gift cards and eGifts will expire 5 years from last use. Any balance left on the eGift after this date will be deducted. Gift cards and eGifts with a zero balance will expire after one year.
